Tu Misión

Deployment of lean techniques to all levels of the factory and teaching to the employees to identify, visualize and solve problems with the foundation of TPS.

¿Cómo será tu día a día?

● Self development of his/her own leadership skills and training of team leaders, managers and directors
● Learning of Lean techniques, tools, methods and attitude (A3, Obeya, Kaizen, 5S)
● Gemba preparation
● Support and coaching of our team leaders and managers to use lean tools.
● Steering the deployment of projects, new and sometimes complex processes (takt time, pull flow, andon for example)
● Support Team Leaders and Managers to get and collect data to follow the impact of the initiatives and help with the board preparation
● Support/assistance of his directors to "maintain/update" their Obeya, and by raising problems from the field.
● Work in the workshop comfortable with the teams of the factory
● Available to travel

¿Qué buscamos?

● Industrial Engineer or similar with knowledge in methods and processes
● Experience is not required
● Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and tools like Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving and Visual Management
● English indispensable minimum C1
● Excel, Google Sheet

Clicars fue fundada en 2016 por los emprendedores Pablo Fernández y Carlos Rivera y en solo 9 años y con solo €5M de capital levantado, ya ha vendido más de 70.000 coches con una facturación acumulada de +1.300 millones de euros, convirtiéndose en una de las 700 empresas con mayor facturación en España. Desde la compra hasta la venta y la posventa, pasando por el reacondicionamiento en nuestra fábrica, la más grande de Europa donde trabajan 250 personas y que tiene capacidad de reacondicionamiento de 25.000 coches al año.
